OUR POLICY - REGULATIONS

To be able to provide security and comfort to all our guests, we thank you in advance for accepting the following regulations.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
Check-in: 3 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m. On the last day of your stay, you are kindly asked to vacate your room at 11 a.m. In case the room is available, staying beyond the check-out time and until 6 p.m. requires the guest to proceed in payment of 50% of the daily room rate. Staying after 6 p.m. requires the guest to proceed in paying the full daily room rate.

Payment
The payment for the accommodation is due prior to the guest’s arrival, depending on the chosen type of reservation. When the non-refundable rate is chosen, the payment can be made at any time after the booking. 

Room access
Guests are given a passcode before their arrival or upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to keep their rooms locked at all times.

Infants and Children
Children staying in the property have to be under constant care and supervision of adults. Damages or losses to the property caused by children, are the responsibility of their legal guardians.

Visitors
Your visitors are welcome at the property’s reception area but are prohibited from entering the studios and suites which are reserved for registered guests only. No visitor is allowed to be in any part of the property after 11 p.m.

Smoking
For the safety and hygiene of our guests, smoking is forbidden in all areas of the property. In case of non-compliance, the guest must pay a fine of 70 Euros per studio and 105 Euros per suite to cover the cleaning costs.

Pillow menu
During your stay, you have the option to choose a pillow type out of 4 choices offered by our pillow menu. For more information please contact the reception desk.

Wi-Fi
Internet access is offered free of charge to all the areas of the property. 

Parking
We are pleased to inform you that there are two free open public municipal parking lots near the property. There is also free street parking around the PAVO. Just across the street at about 120 m from PAVO there is a closed paid parking lot.

However, IT IS NOT ALLOWED to park inside the building that is adjacent to PAVO, as it is Private Property.

Obligations
The property holds no responsibility for any loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend use of the in-room safe deposit boxes for the safekeeping of money and valuables. Furthermore, the property is relinquished of all responsibility if the loss of damage is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire etc).

Loss of personal belongings
In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform the reception desk. We suggest you double check the safe deposit box in your room upon departing from the property.

Damages
Guests are responsible for damages caused to their studios and suites during their stay (furniture, utensils, equipment etc.). In case of complacency or negligence of the guest or his / her visitors, the guest is obliged to pay reparations equal to the repair cost to remedy the damage caused.

Forbidden items
It is forbidden to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the property. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, harmful and hazardous substances, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the property premises. 

Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.

General term
We reserve the right to stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of the above stated regulations if they disturb other guests with their behaviour.

  • Foods and beverages are allowed in the studios and suites of our property.
  • We kindly ask our guests to to be quiet after 11 p.m. No visitor is allowed to remain at the Roof Garden after 12 a.m.
  • For additional services and events that will be taking place in our property, you will be notified by our property’s reception, our social media and website.

Commencement of stay in the property is equivalent to acceptance of these rules and regulations.
